剧情：
连锁药店“施里克”即将破产，上千名员工面临着失业危机，而且没有任何的赔偿金。单身妈妈安吉，负债累累的格瑞塔，热爱自由的扎瑞以及梦想成为明星的克瑞斯无法接受这不公平的待遇。她们四个联合起来努力工作，不惜加班、减薪来挽救她们的工作。然而，这并没能起到任何的作用，她们四个决定采用非正常的策略……她们决定占据他们的药店，此时她们偶遇了药店的老板蒂奥·施里克。事态的严峻性再次升级，争吵到激动时刻，四个失业的员工居然绑架了老板……她们的这种冒险的手段到底是可以挽救药店还是毁了她们自己？
